so i was eating my dinner of tasty fishsticks (yea, i know – ghetto.  deal with it), and i was enjoying the tarter sauce when i thought to myself; “hmmm, i like tarter sauce – i wonder what’s in it that makes it so durn tasty” grabbed the bottle and didn’t make it past the high fructose corn syrup.  why does tarter sauce need to have high fructose corn syrup?

also, did you know ketchup has high fructose corn syrup too?
