“give me your tired, your poor,
your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
the wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
i lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

let’s not forget the real meaning of liberty and to those who celebrate today, take a moment to reflect on the current state of the country and the world and to those who give their lives to protect (however futile), liberty.

let us hope that king george and his court are someday reminded that the heart and soul of america is in it’s oppressed, it’s hungry and it’s sick.  not in it’s exalted rich and powerful.

may god bless the world and america.  have a happy and safe independance day all.

“…you see yourself as a leader
may my thoughts be with you
if you try to divide and conquer
we’ll rise up against you
we know only the strong will survive
but the meek will inherit
so if you’ve got a coat of arms, oh friend
i suggest we wear it…”
